1. Logistics
We manage the registration of guests utilizing our services
and can collaborate closely with your event planner to
ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

and sign-out process for each child, ensuring they are
reunited with their parent or guardian without any hassle.
Additionally, we handle the payment to sitters promptly at
the conclusion of your event, ensuring a seamless and

and crafts, music and movement, and games. Each child
receives a sensory gift bag to take home, ensuring a

We take safety seriously. First aid and CPR training is a requirement for for all sitter and nannies.

Onsite Event Packages
Standard Package: $1395 includes a 4-hour booking with 2 sitters.
Additional Sitter Rate: $50 per hour for each additional sitter. An extra sitter is required for groups
exceeding 8 children or for groups with multiple children under the age of two years old.
Additional Hour Rate: $100 per hour for each hour beyond the initial 4 hours.
Holiday Onsite Event Package
Holiday Package: $1895 includes a 4-hour booking with 2 sitters.
Additional Sitter Rate: $75 per hour for each additional sitter. An extra sitter is required for groups
exceeding 8 children or for groups with multiple children under the age of two years old.
Additional Hour Rate: $150 per hour for each hour beyond the initial 4 hours.
Holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day,
Thanksgiving, Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, Christmas.
Deposit
Full Payment Deposit: We collect full payment when your event is confirmed, which serves as your deposit. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy below.
Gratuity
20% Gratuity: Applied for groups of 15 children or more.
Cancellations & Refunds
Payment in full is required upon confirmation of your booking.
Regarding cancellations, we have the following policy:
Cancellation with 90 days notice: 75% refund
Cancellation with 30 to 90 days notice: 50% refund
Cancellation with less than 30 days notice: Full payment
retained
Additionally, any changes reducing the number of sitters
required will follow the same cancellation policy outlined above.

Definition of Event Booking: An event booking refers to any location outside of
a residence or hotel room, including wedding venues, outdoor events, and
corporate conferences.
Notice Period: We require a 4-6 week advance notice to staff an event.
Final Headcount: Your final headcount is due 4 weeks before your event. If you
have an event planner, they may track this on your behalf.
Transportation and Site Policy: Event staff will not transport children or leave
the designated worksite.
Food and Beverage: Children's meals and snacks must be provided either by
the parent or by the venue hosting the event.
Infant and Toddler Supplies: For infants and toddlers, parents are responsible
for providing diapers, wipes, and a mobile crib if needed. You may also use our
provided pack and plays.
Sitter-to-Child Ratio: Our sitter-to-child ratio is 1:4. For children under 2 years of
age, this ratio reduces to 1:2.
Child Drop-off and Pick-up: Children must be accompanied by a sitter or their
parent when entering or leaving the childcare room.
Child Release Policy: A child can only be released to the adult who dropped
them off unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. Anyone
picking up a child, including their parent, must present legal identification.
