On-Demand Babysitters Terms & Conditions At The Natural Nanny Collective, we understand that plans can shift, and we want to ensure our clients can make reservations effortlessly while upholding fair policies for our cherished sitters.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any reservation for free up until 24 hours in advance without any charges. If you cancel within 24 hours, a late cancellation fee of $40 will be due to the agency. Please cancel directly with us and not through our sitters. You may do so by signing into your family account and choosing “cancel”.
Sitter Payment
Please pay your sitter directly through cash, Venmo, or any other agreed upon payment method.
Last Minute Booking Fee
There are no last minute booking fees. We will try our best to find a sitter in the allotted time but we cannot guarantee last minute requests.
Sitter Duties
Babysitters are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under their care, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, and addressing their basic needs. Additionally, babysitters may be tasked with light household duties related to the children, such as meal preparation or tidying up after playtime.
Schedule Changes
If your plans take an unexpected turn, kindly give your sitter a heads-up ASAP if you won't be back by the agreed-upon end of their shift. Many of our sitters are students and may have a class they need to attend after their shift. Please respect their time.
Sick Child Policy
Are your kiddos sick? Please let the sitter know before they accept your booking. If you do not notify our sitters about your sick child then the sitter may need to cancel the booking. If this is the case, the sitter must be paid for 4 hours of booking time. No fees will be due to the agency.
Sitter Cancellation
If any of our sitters become unavailable due to an illness, weather, or other circumstance then you will be immediately notified. We will try our best to find you a replacement, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee these last minute replacements. You will be refunded and no fees will be due to the agency nor the sitter.
Minimum Hourly Bookings
We require that you book our sitters for a minimum of 4-hours. If you arrive home early, our sitters will still need to be paid for the minimum of 4-hours of time.
Minimum Rate
Our minimum rate paid to sitters is $23/hr for one child. The rate increases by $2/hr for each additional child. These are our minimum rates, but you are able to offer an increased rate as you see fit. Tips are accepted by sitters.
Sitters Bringing Their Own Children
We have many mothers applying to our on-demand babysitting services. We allow sitters with children to apply but they are required to provide information about their child and bring along supplies and food for their child. You are not required by any means to hire a sitter that has a child. You may specify “no children” in your sitter requirements when posting your job.
Refund Policy
Please note that, as per our policy, we do not provide refunds for unused credits or memberships. We encourage our members to utilize their credits to access our premium services and enjoy the benefits of our platform. Cancelling Your Membership
You have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that our services align with your needs. Simply cancel your membership through your family portal. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to cassandra@thenaturalnannycollective.com.
Subscription
You will be automatically charged each month for your selected membership. You may cancel your membership anytime.
The 2-Credit Membership is $40/month. With this membership you will be able to book two sitters total per month, each costing 1 credit. If your credits go unused, the credits will roll-over to the following month.
The Unlimited Membership is $60/month. With this membership you may book an unlimited amount of sitters. There is no limit.
The Annual Unlimited Membership is $650. This is a one-time fee and there is no auto-renewal. You will have access to our sitters with unlimited bookings for 365 days.
