• -Choose one of the four generous placement packages listed above.

• -We create a professionally crafted job description.

• -Next, we begin our search for your new nanny sidekick! For a more personalized approach, we try to conduct all of our interviews in person.

• -Background, degree, and certification checks are completed.

• -Assistance scheduling all candidate interviews.

• -Upon request, we will assist in scheduling working trial days.

• -Professional assistance with a nanny-family work agreement.

• -Unlimited phone consultations throughout the entire process, ensuring we address any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

Here's how our meticulous placement process unfolds:

• -An in-depth phone consultation with the agency owner to understand your family's needs, covering everything from your weekly schedule to the desired qualities in your ideal nanny.

• -Once you decide to partner with us, complete our Family Registration Form and submit a $250.00 non-refundable registration fee. We'll guide you through this process and provide the Family-Agency Agreement to initiate the next steps.

• -We'll create a compelling job description for your position, showcasing it on our website and social media. As interest arises, we'll present you with profiles of candidates tailored to suit your family. You choose whom you'd like to interview, and we'll facilitate the process, ensuring it aligns with your schedule.

• -Following phone or video interviews, we'll arrange in-person meetings with your top candidates. You can then decide on a working trial to observe how the candidate interacts with your family.

• -Upon choosing a candidate, pay the agency the placement fee, and we'll assist in creating a comprehensive nanny-family work agreement, covering responsibilities, schedule, pay, confidentiality, and more.

• -After hiring, we provide ongoing support, always ready to address any questions or concerns you may have.
