Families hire us to thoughtfully recruit and match them with the right caregiver for their home. While we do not place nannies into positions automatically, we absolutely advocate for you and submit you for roles where you meet the qualifications and feel like a strong fit. While we cannot guarantee placement, we are committed to presenting you with meaningful opportunities.

We look for candidates who take this work seriously. That includes strong communication, reliability, professionalism, and a genuine investment in child development. Candidates who continue their education through certifications (safe sleep, NCS, doula, etc.) and present themselves thoughtfully stand out immediately.

While we respect the work that goes into raising children, it is not considered professional nanny experience. Working in another family’s home requires the ability to follow their structure, parenting style, and expectations, which is developed through professional roles.

No. You are an employee of the family, and your pay comes directly from them. We do not take any portion of your wages at any time. Our agency is hired and paid by the family to conduct the search and facilitate the placement. Candidates never pay our agency any fees.

We understand wanting more details, however, we are not able to share additional information beyond what is included in the job description on our website. We aim to provide all relevant details there so candidates can determine if the role is a good fit before moving forward.

We guide families through industry standards and expectations, including legal pay, guaranteed hours, and respectful working environments. We do not move forward with families who are not aligned with these standards.

We reach out when we have a role that aligns with your experience or if we need additional information. Due to volume, we do not provide ongoing updates unless you are actively being considered for a position.

If a role is still posted on our job board, it is still open. If you have not received an update, the family may be moving forward with other candidates or finalizing their decision. That said, we are continually bringing on new positions and will absolutely reach out as we see strong matches for your background. You will be updated via email with any new positions we receive.

The hourly range listed on each job reflects the family’s set budget, and we are not able to exceed that range. Every family has different needs and financial considerations. If a role falls below your typical rate, we recommend focusing on positions that better align with your compensation expectations.

Your photo matters more than you think. We recommend:

Avoid overly filtered photos, sunglasses, or casual group shots. If it can be used on your dating profile then it won’t work for your profile. Think: polished, calm, and trustworthy.
